• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Tags must be attached and items free of stains, scents, or damage.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item was defective or incorrect.

• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Email us at support@thornandgrace.shop with your order number and requested size.
• We’ll send you return instructions and ship your exchange once we receive the original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect:
• Email us at support@thornandgrace.shop within 7 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and clear photos.
• We’ll fix it fast and cover all shipping costs.
