Return Policy

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Tags must be attached and items free of stains, scents, or damage.

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item was defective or incorrect.



Exchange Policy

Need a different size? We got you.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Email us at support@thornandgrace.shop with your order number and requested size.

We’ll send you return instructions and ship your exchange once we receive the original item.

Final sale items (if marked)

Socks or undergarments (for hygiene reasons)



Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your item arrived damaged or incorrect:

Email us at support@thornandgrace.shop within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos.

We’ll fix it fast and cover all shipping costs.



Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after return approval.

You’ll receive an email once your refund is issued.
